 ICONS primarily supports Microsoft products and related business applications in enterprise arenas. We possess the core competencies and affiliations required to successfully administer networks using or seeking to implement emerging technologies in enterprise network design, including *nix based operating systems with emphasis on the Red Hat line of operating systems and its open source version, Fedora Core. We also configure and administer the complete range of network elements with experience in managing Cisco-based (pioneer in networking standards) and other major platforms of networking equipment.

Infrastructure Design & Implementation - Design and implement solutions to improve, expand or consolidate the infrastructure’s capabilities.

WAN/LAN Management - Provide regularly scheduled maintenance visits to proactively investigate and address pending, existing and potential problem issues within the infrastructure.

Standardization - Suggest and implement strategies to bring as much consistency to the infrastructure elements to simplify maintenance.

Stabilization - Meticulously investigate and assess the organization’s current IT infrastructure and implement strategies to achieve as much reliability to the individual elements within that infrastructure. This is intended to be the precursor to regular maintenance services.

Break/Fix Services - Provide on-demand service visits to address ad hoc problems that may arise within the infrastructure.
